This Cookies Policy is published in compliance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on a user's device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) when they visit them. These technologies allow the website to remember information about the user's navigation, such as language preferences or whether they are logged in, in order to provide a more efficient and personalised experience.
In addition to cookies themselves, similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage) or session storage (sessionStorage) may be used. These work in an analogous way but are kept exclusively in the user's browser and are not transmitted to the server with each HTTP request.
2. Pymwin's cookies policy
Thanic Capital SL, the owner of the Pymwin platform, applies a minimalist approach to the use of cookies. Specifically:
- No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
- No analytics tools requiring consent are deployed. The platform uses Vercel Web Analytics, which operates without cookies and without persistent identifiers.
- Only strictly necessary cookies required for the service to function are set.
Under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, cookies that are strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the user are exempt from the prior consent requirement. For this reason, Pymwin does not display a cookie banner.

3.1 Technical cookies (strictly necessary)
These cookies are essential for the platform to function correctly. Without them, the requested services could not be provided.

3.2 Analytics cookies
Pymwin uses Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregated usage statistics for the platform. This tool does not set any cookies, does not use persistent identifiers, and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). Data is aggregated anonymously and does not allow individual users to be identified. It therefore requires no prior consent.
3.3 Advertising cookies
Pymwin does not use any advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing or behavioural advertising purposes. No browsing information is shared with advertising networks or third parties for commercial purposes.
4. How to manage cookies
Although technical cookies are necessary for the service to function, users may configure their browser to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling technical cookies may prevent the platform from working correctly or make certain features inaccessible.

Pymwin's technical cookies are managed by the following sub-processors, with whom Thanic Capital SL maintains the corresponding data processing agreements (DPA):
- Supabase, Inc. — Authentication and database provider. Manages session cookies (sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token). More information: supabase.com/privacy.

6. Amendments to this Policy
Thanic Capital SL reserves the right to amend this Cookies Policy at any time, for example to reflect legislative or case-law developments, or when new features are introduced that involve the use of additional cookies. Any material changes will be communicated to users via the platform itself or by email, with reasonable advance notice. The current version will always be available on this page.
