Your storefront, with online booking
Its own subdomain, a colour palette to pick and sections you switch on or off: about the centre, treatments, gallery, directions. That is where your clients book, and you decide whether a booking lands straight in the schedule or waits for you to confirm it.
The treatment and the cream, on the same ticket
Takings, refunds and net for the period, with the split by payment method. The product the client takes home is another line on the same sale, not a note in a separate book.
Clients and leads in the same base
Your own tags, notes readable at a glance, and the leads that have not converted yet kept apart from active clients. The Attention tab gathers whatever needs acting on: packages about to run out, recent no-shows and upcoming birthdays.
The client record, all of it
Details, visit history, tasks, communications, treatments, documents, photos, packages and invoicing. Who came, what was done, what is left on their voucher and what they took home.
If the month went well, you can see it
Revenue, approved expenses and gross margin for the month, compared against the previous one, with expenses split by category and a quarterly tax summary that exports for your accountant. In a business with a high and a low season, the comparison is half the tool.

What a centre needs and a calendar does not give
Built and running in the application today, in both plans.
Templates with sessions, price and expiry, sold at the till and published on your page with a switch, one by one. A gift stops being a stamped piece of paper and starts redeeming itself when the person walks in.
A couples ritual is one voucher and two people. Co-ownership draws from a shared pot, lets you search by either holder and records which session each of them used.
A product catalogue with categories and prices, and the product goes on as another line of the same ticket as the treatment.
A storefront with its own subdomain, ready to link from Instagram or Google. Auto-confirm is configurable: you decide whether you approve each booking or they come straight in.
Separate permissions, one per task, with quick templates for reception, cashier or supervisor. Whoever is on reception sees the schedule and does not see the centre's takings.
The centre's tablet lets any team member in with four digits, without creating a personal account for them or handing out a password that ends up shared.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Pymwin cost?
€240 a year, VAT excluded. Join now at the launch price and you pay €200 a year, and keep it for as long as you stay subscribed. It includes scheduling, client records, till and team, with no limit on staff or records. You can try it for 7 days: we ask for a card, but nothing is charged until day 8, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. Pymwin Pro (€360 a year) will add e-invoicing and is not on sale yet.
Can I sell gift packages?
Yes. You create templates with sessions, price and expiry, sell them at the till and, if you want, publish them on your booking page. Sessions are deducted automatically when the person comes in.
Can a package be shared by two people?
Yes. A package can have two holders drawing from the same pool of sessions. It can be found by searching for either of them, and the record shows which session each one used.
Can clients book online?
Yes. Every business gets its own booking page on a dedicated subdomain (your-business.pymwin.com), ready to link from Instagram or Google. Slots are calculated in real time from your team's schedules, and you decide whether you approve each booking or it goes straight into the calendar.
Does my team need to create accounts?
No. With tablet mode each staff member signs in with a 4-digit PIN at the front desk. If they prefer, they can create an account to use their own phone.
Is it compliant with Verifactu and TicketBAI?
Not yet. Verifactu and TicketBAI come with Pymwin Pro, which is not on sale yet: leave your email on its pricing card and we will write to you once, when it is available. In the meantime, Pymwin issues simple receipts with no tax validity.
