What we offer today
and what's coming with the MVP

Pymwin is the software a physiotherapist or podiatrist uses to open the clinic in the morning, see patients, charge, issue invoices and keep the books up to date — all from one place, from a phone if needed, from €210/year.

Try it now

A full clinic,
open and refreshed every morning

No signup required. Walk in as the owner or as a worker through tablet mode and explore the agenda, the till, the clinical record and the books. A nightly cron repopulates the clinic with realistic data so there's always something to look at.

  • No account, no card — you're in within two seconds.
  • Access to the owner panel and the worker tablet mode (PINs shown on screen).
  • Emails and SMS are not sent — they're rendered as a mockup so you can see the format.
  • Nightly cron regenerates 18 months of history, expenses, appointments and payments.

Ephemeral session — once you close the browser, the next visit picks up wherever the day left it.

01 / 04Available today

What's already built

Modules that exist in the application today and are functional in test environments. Verifiable against the current codebase.

01

Agenda and bookings

Availability computed in real time — zero double bookings

  • Daily calendar view, appointment creation and editing.
  • Automatic availability based on business schedule, worker schedules and existing appointments. Slots aren't stored — they're computed in real time, preventing double bookings.
  • Public online booking page per business (with its own editable storefront), ready to link from Instagram, Google Business, or your website.
  • Configurable auto-confirm: the owner decides whether to validate each booking manually or let them land directly in the calendar.
  • Recurring appointments: create a repeating series straight from the appointment dialog.
  • Work calendar with national holidays and automatic agenda blocking for team vacations and absences.
  • Configurable rates and packages per business.
  • Guided tours in the dashboard so a new owner doesn't need a manual.
02

Team

  • Multi-worker, no member cap.
  • Full worker profile across 8 tabs: personal data, contract, schedule, time off, skills, documents, appointment history and permissions.
  • Granular permissions (18 capabilities) with quick-apply templates — reception, lead, clinical assistant, cashier, marketing — to configure an employee in two clicks.
  • Personal worker view (/w/): today's schedule, next 7 days, monthly KPIs (attended, no-shows, hours worked), skills, time off and contract. Doesn't see the rest of the centre's agenda by default.
03

Patients and clients

  • Clinical record with horizontal tab navigation: Overview, Attention, Appointments, Billing, Attachments, Clinical photos, Packages and Notes.
  • Attention tab aggregates everything that needs action: pending consents, expiring or expired packages, recent no-shows and upcoming birthdays — one actionable view.
  • Clinical photos with on-image annotations, before/after compare, per-session tagging and signed ZIP export to share with the patient or accountant.
  • Lead pipeline separated from the active client base.
  • Per-channel GDPR consents (email / SMS / WhatsApp) stored in an immutable log, revocable by the patient.
  • Client reliability: no-show and late-cancellation tracking, with a reliability rate and alerts on the business dashboard.
  • Tasks linked to a patient or to the business.
04

Point of sale, payments and packages

  • Built-in basic POS: mark an appointment as paid, record payment method, generate the receipt.
  • Products and services with a catalogue, categories and prices.
  • Vouchers and packages: configurable templates, sale at the till, auto-redemption when booking or completing an appointment, per-client usage tracking and automatic expiry.
05

Tablet mode

  • 4-digit PIN per worker. The clinic tablet lets any team member in without needing a personal Pymwin account.
  • In-kiosk clinical consent capture: the patient signs on the tablet itself, guided flow (informed + GDPR + service terms).
06

Clinical consents (health GDPR)

  • Multilingual templates for informed consent, health-data GDPR, image use and invasive techniques.
  • Patient signature from three channels: tablet kiosk in person, the operator's web record, or a remote link sent to the patient.
  • Dual professional signature when the technique requires it.
  • Legal-representative signing for minors and for adults who need it.
  • Vital-interest bypass for documented emergencies.
  • 10-year retention for clinical history, per regulation.
07

Business configuration

  • Multi-business: one owner can have several clinics under the same account.
  • Editable public storefront: logo, description, photos, contact and visible hours for clients.
  • Own subdomain per business (my-clinic.pymwin.com).
  • Business audit log with traceability of sensitive changes.
  • Internal admin panel for the founders.
08

Platform

  • Full Spanish + English localisation (UI, forms, validations, emails).
  • Mobile-first: every screen is designed for mobile first, then tablet and desktop.
  • Dark mode.
  • Public legal pages in Spanish and English: legal notice, privacy, cookies, terms.
  • Authentication: email + password, password reset, email invites, Google login.
  • Guided onboarding: new owner creates an account, defines the business in a wizard, and lands in a dashboard with a visual setup checklist.

What's coming in 4-6 weeks

Pieces still to close before opening Pymwin to paying customers. Where delivery depends on an external provider it's labelled explicitly to keep the promise honest.

01

Subscription and plans

€210 or €320/year — no tiers, no surprises as you grow

  • Two plans: Pymwin (€210/year) and Pymwin Pro (€320/year).
  • 7-day free trial with card from sign-up.
  • Stripe-integrated customer portal for plan changes, invoices and cancellation.
  • Automatic suspension and reactivation based on payment status.
Provider-dependent02

Official e-invoicing — Pro plan

  • Verifactu (AEAT) and TicketBAI (Bizkaia / Gipuzkoa / Araba) via an accredited provider (fiskaly).
  • Business digital certificate upload through a secure gateway.
  • Gapless numbering, chained hash, verifiable QR code on every invoice.
  • Corrective invoices.
  • Automatic retries when the tax authority service fails.

If fiskaly contracting drags, the MVP launches with the Pro plan labelled 'Coming soon' and the standard €210/year plan already operational with a simple PDF invoice.

Provider-dependent03

Automatic client notifications

  • Transactional email: registration confirmation, appointment confirmation, 24 h reminder, 2 h reminder, invoice.
  • SMS and WhatsApp via accredited provider (Twilio), with per-channel patient opt-in and automatic revocations (STOP).
  • Credits included on sign-up, with extra packs and configurable auto-recharge from the panel.
  • Send history with delivery status.

Provider-dependent on Meta Business Verification for WhatsApp and Twilio number provisioning. Plan B: launch with SMS and label WhatsApp 'Coming soon' until templates are approved.

04

Legal and GDPR compliance (both plans)

  • Legal notice, privacy policy, cookie policy and terms published.
  • DPA (Art. 28 GDPR) signed by each clinic at sign-up.
  • EU representation mandate (Thanic Capital SL under Art. 27 GDPR) handled by us — the customer doesn't deal with it.
  • Full legal compliance in both plans: the difference is only official e-invoicing, not regulatory adherence.
05

Expenses and accounting (both plans)

  • Expense records with proof, vertical-aware tags, supplier autocompletion, recurring expenses generated automatically.
  • Multi-line VAT per expense, 303-friendly classification, deductibility tuned to the space type (commercial vs home office).
  • Salary mass with real cost (gross + optional employer SS). Visible only to the owner and delegated permissions; workers never see their own salary.
  • Extraordinary income (grants, indemnities, refunds) with optional VAT.
  • Monthly financial dashboard: margin, net profit and previous-month comparison.
  • Quarterly tax summary ready for the accountant, exportable to CSV / Excel / PDF.
  • Audit log of sensitive changes (approvals, voids).

Operational accounting is complete on both plans. The only thing Pro adds is official Verifactu/TicketBAI issuance via fiskaly.

04 / 04

Why we think it makes sense

Phased-services model

Already validated in another sector (hair salons with Leonard 2.0) and ported here as the platform's foundation.

Single plan inside each tier

No feature gating by user count and no surprises as you grow: if your business grows, the cost doesn't explode.

Honest pricing

€210/year gives full day-to-day access. You only go up to €320 if your activity or tax region requires official e-invoicing.

No legal traps

GDPR compliance and tool-level legality are included by default. It's not a Pro module.

Built by experienced operators

A team that has shipped management software before, not an agency pivoting every month.

◊   Manifesto   ◊

What we're not promising yet

For transparency with anyone evaluating Pymwin before the public launch:

  1. It's not an alternative to a full mid-sized ERP.

  2. No clock-in, stock, AI or integrated card terminal on day 1.

  3. Verticals supported at launch are physiotherapy and podiatry. Other sectors can use it, but the starting templates (categories, suggested skills, default services) target these two.

  4. Spain only at launch. The architecture allows adding other countries without rewriting the product.

  5. Some MVP features depend on third parties (fiskaly, Twilio, Meta) and will ship labelled 'Coming soon' if their approval chain delays, rather than delaying the whole launch.
