SOFTWARE FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINICS
A schedule per practitioner, a clinical record with history and notes, signed consents, session packages and the clinic's accounting. Every image on this page is a capture of the real demo. None of them is a mockup.
No card, no sign-up · Data on European servers · GDPR

One column per physiotherapist, with each session's treatment and real duration. Slots are computed on the spot from the clinic's hours, each practitioner's hours and what is already booked, so double bookings cannot happen.
THE PRODUCT
Eight screens of the application, exactly as they work today. You can open every one of them yourself in the demo, without signing up.
Your own tags, notes readable at a glance, and the leads that have not converted yet kept apart from active patients. The Attention tab gathers whatever needs acting on: pending consents, packages about to run out and recent no-shows.

Details, appointment history, tasks, communications, clinical notes, treatments, documents, photos, packages and invoicing. All of it hanging off the same person, with no jumping between a spreadsheet and a paper folder.

You filter by body area, goal and equipment, each dimension in its own colour, and the search ignores accents. Your own exercises sit at the top with their photos, their tags and their default parameters (sets, reps, hold, days per week); the 31 Pymwin ships with wait below as a suggested catalogue to start from. Plans are built out of this, and the plan is what reaches the patient by email: that is the next screen.

You pick a template and prescribe it: the plan is copied into the record with its sets and its reps, so reworking the template in March does not rewrite what you told them in September. Below it, “Send by email” sends them a link to a page of their own, with no account and nothing to install. The email does not carry the exercises inside: they are health data, and an inbox is not a place to leave them.

Takings, refunds and net for the period, with the split by payment method and every movement one by one: time, patient, the practitioner who saw them and how they paid.

You define the templates the clinic sells, with sessions, price and expiry. Booking or completing an appointment redeems a session without anyone keeping count by hand, and you can publish a package on your page to sell it online.

Revenue, approved expenses and gross margin for the month, compared against the previous one, with expenses split by category and a quarterly tax summary that exports for your accountant. Accounting is in both plans, not only in Pro.

Its own subdomain, a colour palette to pick and sections you switch on or off: about the clinic, services, gallery, directions. That is where they book, and you decide whether a booking lands straight in the schedule or waits for you to confirm it.

WHAT A SCREENSHOT CANNOT SHOW
Built and running in the application today, in both plans.
Informed consent, GDPR for health data, image use and invasive techniques. Signed on the clinic's tablet, in the browser or through a remote link, with a second professional signature where the technique requires it and ten-year retention.
A record per visit, encrypted and in its own tab rather than in the general notes field. It will not let anyone write without the signed health-data consent, and after 24 hours a note becomes immutable: enforced by a database trigger, not by the screen.
A page with their exercises, each one with its large photo, its sets, its reps and its days per week, written in the language on their record rather than in yours. No account, nothing to install. Where their date of birth is on file, the link asks for it as a second factor and locks out after failed attempts; and if you sent it to the wrong person, you change the link and the old one stops working.
A ten-session course is created as a series with its repetition rule from the appointment dialog itself, not one appointment at a time.
Annotations on the image itself, a before-and-after comparator, tagging by session and a signed ZIP export to send to the patient or their specialist.
No-shows and late cancellations tracked, with a reliability rate per patient and an alert on the panel. You know who you are giving the eight o'clock slot to before you give it.
